Return Policy
 
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION
 
To receive a return autorization number please email returns@onestoptrainshop.com with your order number and your issue.  Instructions on what to do will be emailed to you.
 
If you receive a defective product you may return it at our expense for a replacement of the product.  In the event the product is no longer available we will issue you a full refund.  This applies to all products accept for DCC products.  With DCC products you must speak to the manufacturers directly, however we will work with you to get your problem resolved.
 
If you simply want to return a product because it's not what you expected or wanted you must do this at your own expense.  The product must be in new condition and still in it's original packaging.  There is a 15% re-stocking fee for items of this nature.
